Day 29 - Mexican Poison

Wednesday started off as a pretty normal day. It's been pretty chilly outside so no one has been going to the beach for the last two days. Instead, I relaxed for the afternoon and caught up on some reading. Then, Stacey and I went to dinner at Lanterna. We split a liter of wine, so I was feeling pretty happy at that point.

I decided to check my email and stuff in the classroom. I was there for about an hour. Then, around 9pm, a few of my classmates came in and invited me to go with them to one of the bars nearby. Avalyn, Ryan, Tim M., Tim V. and I walked down to the little bar by the Lanterna. I ordered a "Mexican Poison", a really tasty drink with tequila, blue curaco, melon liquor and vodka. We had a good time chatting. I hadn't really gotten to know any of them well before then.

Tim went back to the classroom and found Katie and they came back and joined us. A few people left and a few of the Croatian students came and hung out with us. I had a couple more drinks and our bartender brought us free shots. Midnight rolled around and we all headed to our rooms. I was feeling great then, however I didn't feel great this morning. I'm feeling better now, but I think I'll be taking another nap after lunch today. :)
